Hi all! The GVSU Laker Dance Team will be holding auditions for the 2013-2014 season on May 4th and 5th. Attached below is a packet full of information and required documents that are to be presented at the audition.

2013-2014 Audition Information.

Please read the packet carefully, noting the important dates listed and the required documents that need to be filled out and turned in at auditions. These include:

• Completed waiver form

• Signed policy form (from last page of tryout packet)

• For current GVSU students: class schedule for the 2013-2014 academic year and evidence showing your GPA is an average of 2.0 or higher

• Incoming freshman or transfer students: proof your your acceptance to GVSU for the 2013-2014 academic year

• $30 non-refundable registration fee, $25 for previous Laker Dance Team members

• Attached is also the judges score sheet that shows what is expected and judged on at tryouts. This is for your regards only and does not need to be turned in at tryouts.
